  • Verify coverage, evaluate insurance needs, cross sell, and process customer policy changes
  • Communicate policy transactions and billing impact
  • Process payments
  • Maintain customer information in agency management system
  • Document communications and transactions
  • Build rapport with each customer as you respond to their inquiries
  • Accurately explain insurance coverage and benefits
  • Attract new clients with professionalism, knowledge, and a friendly personality

Marketing Assistant


We are seeking an individual who is ambitious and professional, as well as, affluent in all social media and digital marketing platforms to increase our online presence in the local insurance industry. This is a part time position with the ability to convert to full time based on the success of the programs created and managed. Social Media platforms include but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, blogging, referral program, email marketing, and community outreach program.

What you'll do.

  • Create and deliver new content while maintaining our current social media channel
  • Track and analyze social media metrics, analytics, and insights to improve marketing results Engage with social media users, create content for blogs, websites, social media, emails and other digital channels
  • Keep up to date with best practices in writing for online and social media, as well as business/industry trends
  • Provide creative ideas/content for social media Track Results

What it takes

  • High school diploma
  • Vast knowledge of all social platforms and their tracking, insights, analytics, and metrics
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills

Administrative Assistant


We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic front office receptionist to be part of their team.

What You Will Do

  • Greet visitors
  • Answer, direct and transfer telephone calls
  • Schedule appointments

  • Open and close office as scheduled
